Long Term Vacation Opportunity -- 3-Brm Unit, St. Regis Residence Club,

I would like to introduce you to an exciting long term vacation opportunity
at the St. Regis Residence Club in Aspen.

 

This program provides the ability to secure long term rights with potential
economic upside for prime individual vacation weeks in super-luxury 3
bedroom suites at the St. Regis Residence Club Aspen.

 

This program, through Slater Aspen Properties, is unique because: (i) the
St. Regis itself requires a 4 week minimum purchases for considerably
greater amounts; and (ii) the St. Regis is sold out of comparable units. As
you may know, located in the heart of downtown Aspen and one block from the
major ski lifts, the St. Regis Aspen is one of the premiere resort hotels in
the world -- not just at ski resorts, but in the world (see:

Under this special program, Slater Aspen Properties is making available
individual week vacations on a long term, multi-year basis in three separate
3 bedroom luxury residences (leases are available for 6 and 30 year terms
for the winter season and 5 and 30 year terms for the summer season).  These
luxurious vacation units consist of two Winter Premiere residences and one
Summer Premiere residence.  Participating multi-year tenants will have top
priority rights to select vacation weeks from among Slater Aspen Properties'
first two selections on an annual basis, pursuant to the St. Regis Club
Aspen reservation program. 

 

The result of this arrangement is that participants will effectively be
guaranteed prime vacation weeks for their use/selection, including peak
holiday weeks, such as Christmas, New Years, Presidents Week, and Spring
Break, in addition to core winter ski weeks and/or core summer holiday
periods, as applicable .

 

Fully Transferable:  these lease rights are fully saleable/transferable,
providing potential economic upside if the value of these units appreciates,
although there can be no assurances that such appreciation will occur and
Slater Aspen Properties makes no projections or claims as to such
appreciation potential.   

 

Fully Sub-Leasable: you may also rent out your weeks on your own or through
the St. Regis/Starwood rental program. Current rates for similar units for
the holidays made through the St. Regis reservations network rent for as
much as $3,000 per night.

 

Comps: For comparison purposes, the St. Regis Club has sold similar units
for the holiday season for in excess of $500,000 per week, with a
requirement to purchase a minimum of four weeks, requiring an investment in
such cases of upwards of $1 million, or more.  The Slater Aspen Properties
program allows tenants to have long term use of a similar unit for an
individual week for significantly lower costs.  

 

This program is for the 2006-2007 season, but due to this limited supply,
and the fact that the St. Regis Club Aspen is itself sold out of comparable
units, interested parties are encouraged to act quickly to secure their
