Jeff,

 	Are you using Outlook Express (OE) or Outlook Pro?
Express comes free with Windows.  Outlook pro is installed when you 
install MS Office.

 	If OE, you're out of luck.

 	If Pro, you can use the Tools -> mailmerge feature.
