Kudos to Raj Goel of Brainlink.  When I couldn't remember how to export my 
updated data from Card Scan, Lotus notes and my PDA to my electronic 
marketing program, I tried calling Raj who had been in my office six 
months ago. Although I couldn't reach Raj that day I found the notes he 
left with me regarding the 18 step procedure to complete the task. It only 
took 3 minutes and I was good to go.  So there you have it, another 'teach 
a man how to fish success story'. Thanks Raj...you are the techie man. Who 
says nerds don't rule ?  If you haven't used Raj yet, you're cramping your 
precious brain cells for no reason.
