A client just directed me to the coolest and most useful information  
tool for Nassau County  property information:

http://www.nassaucountyny.gov/ncasmt/index.jsp

By going to the site and clicking on map along the menu bar on top,  
up comes a map of nassau County/.  One can then zoom into to find any  
property., the tax map information, and there is a great measuring  
tool to measure actual size of parcels or features on the properties.  
and much more.
