Subject: [Fredslist] History Channel showcases Gotham Boston memberproduction

Set your dial to the History Channel on Saturday, December 30, 2006, at 3 pm

EST as it airs "Aftershock: Beyond the Civil War", a two-hour

high-definition special written, produced, directed and edited by Gotham

Boston's own David Padrusch.

The story explores the violence and terror that ripped through the

post-Civil War south in a time many consider to be one of America's darkest.

In virtually every southern state, an insurgency rises from the ashes of

America's bloodiest war in the form of city-wide racial massacres, vigilante

bloodshed, and the creation of terrorist groups like the Ku Klux Klan.

David is a well known (and liked) personality in the Gotham family having

first been a member of the New York chapter and most recently helping launch

the Boston chapter.

As the founder of Limulus Productions David has produced specials and series

for the History Channel, Discovery Channel, Discovery Health Channel and

PBS. Most recently his "Bible Battles", a two-hour high-definition special

examining the Old Testament from a military perspective, has aired

extensively on the History Channel. David is currently in post-production

on "300: the Battle of Thermopylae", the classic story of the battle between

ancient Persians and ancient Greeks - a battle which is through to have

saved western civilization. 300 is due to air on History Channel in March

of 2007.
