[Fredslist] ACCOUNTANT OR ATTORNEY NEEDED FOR SALES TAX AUDIT

 A friend and colleague of mind is in need of a referral of an accountant or
attorney for someone who is going to go through a sales tax audit in
February in Binghamton New York.  This is an upstate restaurateur with a
first time sales tax audit issuee.  Any recommendations from the Gotham
family on this type of matter would be greatly appreciated.
