*         Through cost-cutting and increased collections activities,

Whiteboard Labs develops E-Commerce software and dynamic (Macromedia

*         Developed a rolling, scenario-driven 18-month cash flow
forecast and updated forecasted numbers monthly.  

*         Shifted majority of design work to a vendor in Colombia
beginning in January of 2004, cutting per-unit design costs by 60%.

*         Created proposals for all new projects (budgets ranging from
$20,000 to $0.5 million) from June 2003 to June 2004. Project manager on
