We are looking for an experienced recruiter who understand IT and is
interested in branching out to handle engagements in user experience, user
interface and evangelism for new products.  These are senior positions. All
of have an element of design in them and although there is technical
knowledge involved for all of the positions, the reason we get the
assignments is that element of design.

Senior Consultant

 

Reports To:

President/Managing Consultant

 

Objective:

Lead multiple retained search engagements looking for top user interface,
user experience design candidates for senior corporate and consulting firm
worldwide opportunities.  We specialize in finding great candidates for
senior level positions in all manifestations of design disciplines,
graphics, industrial design, interior design and architecture, and business
development for consultancies.  Our parent company is a staffing
organization with over 70 offices worldwide.

 

We want an enthusiastic, motivated, dedicated, intelligent, and
collaborative recruiter who works hard and writes well, who has or can
quickly develop a passion for design, and most importantly, can develop
meaningful relationships with clients.  Our clients include some of the
world's leading corporations and consulting design firms. Our office has a

General Responsibilities:

*        Work with company management to develop strategy for assigned
searches 

*        Learn the RSSR search and fulfillment methodology and help make the
process more efficient, effective and profitable

*         Develop relationships with clients and candidates that reflect
well on the company

*        Find candidates who are matches for positions quickly and
efficiently

*        Lead, mentor, supervise less senior recruiters, consultants and
researchers

 

Compensation:

*        Base salary, plus commission and possible end of year bonus
depending upon billings.
