[Fredslist] Need a good insurance agent for co-op

Hi fellow Gothamites,
My family needs a good insurance agent who can help us purchase the
right co-op insurance.  Most particularly, we need a solid
loss-assessment rider.  Although we've already been assessed (and
Allstate did not pay), and it's a bit like closing the barn door after
the horse got out, we still would rest easier knowing we had the right
coverage in future.
