[Fredslist] Employee Appreciation Suggestions

Hi Everyone,
 
Anyone have any great ideas/suggestions for an employee appreciation award  
for work done above and beyond expected? I am looking for something that  would 
be fun, although not too embarrassing, valued by the  employee, creative, 
special and not too expensive. 
 
If you have had any personal experience with such awards I would be  
interested to hear about it - including what worked and what didn't.
