[Fredslist] A most unusual request

My friend, and hairdresser, has a nephew, from Ecuador,  living with  her, in 
Manhattan, who is rehabilitating from the drug scene. The  boy is clean, but 
really needs to identify a regular support group in order  to maintain his 
drive to beat it. He does not speak English yet, so the support  group needs to 
be held in Spanish. 
 
I have contacted  my friends at Phoenix House, but they were not  really able 
to help.
 
I know this is an unusual request. If anyone knows the answer, Gotham  does.
