[Fredslist] Need help starting a 501C3

[David Henry]

I am working with a group to start a non-profit professional group of
Hispanic public relations practitioners.  We need help from an
attorney/accountant that has experience in setting up a 501C3.  Does anyone
know of anyone who can help (we have very little budget at this point).  Any
help/advice would be greatly appreciated.
