[Fredslist] Signature Bank Position Available-Chief Compliance Officer

Signature Bank (and our wholly owned subsidiary Signature Securities) is 
in the market for a Chief Compliance Officer.
 
Responsibilities will include all aspects of bank and brokerage compliance 
for both Signature Bank and our subsidiary, Signature Securities Group. 
The CCO will supervise a staff of approximately 7 professionals, covering 
the full gamut of compliance, including anti-money laundering/know your 
client, public company regulations, NASD regulations, consumer regulations 
("alphabet soup"), and be the primary interface with all of our 
regulators. The CCO candidate should have a minimum of 10 years bank 
and/or brokerage experience in compliance and be able to present well to 
the Board of Directors and Senior Management. Compensation will be 
commensurate with experience.
