[Fredslist] Thank you all for your prayers...

Dear Gothamites,

A few weeks ago I wrote to Fredslist to request that those of you who believe 
in the power of prayer add my father-in-law to your prayer list.

Well, I wanted to thank all of you.  Peter passed away yesterday.  However, he 
was riddled with cancer in many parts of his body and he wasn't supposed to 
live past 3 weeks ago.

He was able to come home (by the way, home hospice is the most wonderful group 
of care-givers I have ever come across) and have his family gather around him 
to say their goodbyes, and he passed with my wife and I with him in no pain and 
at peace with himself.

I truly believe that the prayers gave us his extra 3 weeks, and I wanted to 
thank all of you who responded with your kindness.
