Dear Gothamites:  In connection with a session I'm giving to museum staff on
accountability, I'm looking for a self-assessment tool, exercise and/or
ice-breaker.  Rather than the rigors of accountability related to
Sarbanes-Oxley, I'd like to focus on how personal accountability can be
defined and the value it brings to an organization.  All ideas welcome.
