[Fredslist] What e-lists are you on?

Dear Gotham,

I'm working on a project to find people within the age groups of 35 - 55 
who would possibly buy into a new condo going up downtown.  They've 
approached me for an online advertising campaign.

Since this campaign is so niche I'm wondering what e-lists or newsletters 
folks on here read that take advertising you would recommend.  I've got a 
short list of my own but it would certainly help to get recommendations 
from the field.
