[Fredslist] Need a shark - JAWS

Our co-op, located at 420 East 72nd Street, is in need of an attorney that
specializes in zoning laws.  Someone who knows the ins and outs of the
building's dept. and the political landscape of NYC, how to bring in a top
architect and who can fight New York Hospital along with us.

We are about to commence a fight on a number of fronts and are in need of a
tough attorney.

Any suggestions.
