Dear Gotham,
I am looking for a firm or consultant that specializes in the
preparation, evaluation and negotiation of law partnership agreements.
Unfortunately (or fortunately!) our beloved Israeloff firm is already
representing one party, and Berdon is a client of the firm in question.
Any further recommendation would be very much appreciated.
