[Fredslist] Architect needed quickly

I am hopefully starting the process of converting my condo and one above me that I hope to buy into a duplex. I need to get an architect asap to assess the viability of this idea. If he/she says it can be done I need to act really fast to get the condo above me.  I live in hoboken, nj. If anyone has any contacts that could act very quickly I would appreciate it. Thanks.
