Position:  CFO
 
Location: Flexible based on candidate experience.  Company preference is at Corporate HQ in CA.  However, not a must.
  
Company line of business: Biometrics based security systems.
 
Compensation:  Salary, bonus and stock options - package will be based on candidate's experience
 
Company Status: Publicly traded
 
Experienced CFO that has worked for a publicly held corporation.  It is preferred but not required that this individual have experience in the financial services or insurance arena.  Therefore, the main customer base for this company is major financial institutions, insurance companies and government agencies as well as large retail chains.  These products are designed to save billions of dollars in fraud losses to their customers.
 
This individual should currently or have previously been a CFO or a Controller at a public corporation.  It is a plus if they have had experience dealing with Wall street analysts.  In addition, this CFO will have involvement in business development activities as well as major financial responsibilities.
