    Hopefully you will get this request.....
 
If you know of any brokers who know Hampshire and Franklin County in MASS
and who work with Multiple Families...........I am looking for 4 families
specifically.......positive cash flows and separate utilities........A
broker who works in Boston or Metro Boston will most likely not know this
area very well- as Northampton / Hadley/Amerherst are 103-110 miles
away........(best comparison is like saying Philadelphia in relation to
NY........anyway thanks hope you might know of someone out there and great
talking to you this weekend.
