 I have a member of one of my other organizations, IWIRC , who is
looking for the following: 

 

 She is working with a bankruptcy firm, Weintraub & Selth, APC which is
representing a chapter 11 debtor whom.  The debtor has creditors in
Korea as well as assets.  We are look to retain an attorney, preferably
fluent in Korea, whom is knowledgeable about Korean insolvency law to
assist in our efforts bring the assets in Korean back into the control
of the bankruptcy estate.
