[Fredslist] Important opportunity for those who advise seniors (financial advisors, insurance agents, lawyers, accountants)

Dear advisors:

There is presently a potential windfall for senior clients called "non-recourse premium financing" of life insurance. The program takes a bit of concentration to understand. We have the resources and nework to implement it for qualified persons.

The program is a kind of "arbitrage" that takes advantage of a market imbalance between life insurers and secondary market investors in life insurance policies. Eligible persons are aged 70 to 90, in reasonably good (though not of course perfect) health, with net worth of at least $1 million.

The windfall involves large face amount life insurance policies that are financed for periods of two to four years, the loans being secured by the life insurance policy itself, with no personal guarantee. If the profit does not materialize, you can walk away--the loan is extinguished.

I have rarely if ever before seen an investment opportunity with as favorable a risk-reward relationship as this one. As such, we are seeing a flood of business. Nevertheless, there are limited risks that need to be properly understood. The bottom line is that eligible persons may obtain life insurance virtually for free for a term of two to four years, with a potentially enormous equity upside potential if and when the policy is later sold in the institutional investor market.

Keep in mind that the client for this product may not be your direct clients but rather their parents. It is a potential win for both the parents and their children, and it has also been used by some clients to benefit charities and foundations.

In my opinion, where a client may qualify for the program, it would be prudent to investigate further, and probably, to apply. See details, and discussion of the limited risks, in these two two-page articles:

I would be glad to work with insurance agents, attorneys, accountants and financial advisors, as well as other interested Gotham members, concerning this opportunity. Generous consulting fees/commission splits available for qualified referrals.

Best wishes,
Andy Szabo
