[Fredslist] Advice on Adoption

My niece and her husband, who live in Virginia, want to look into adopting
a second child (my niece cannot risk another pregnancy) and are not sure
how to proceed.  Does anyone know an adoption lawyer or someone else who
could give them some advice on private adoption?  If so, please let me
know.
