I don't have a direct contact into Nasdaq, but here's the way to do it that's almost guaranteed to work: 

1.  Contact all the Gotham members that are listed on the Nasdaq (alternatively, if any Gotham members have contacts with the CEOs/CFOs of Nasdaq-listed companies) 
2.  Ask the CEO, CFO to make a request for us to ring the Nasdaq bell.  There's a waiting list probably.  We can request a specific date, like the birthdate of Gotham (when was that?) 
3.  Get the date; we'd have to coodinate the publicity, not Nasdaq.  There are many PR people within Gotham who'd probably like to do this for nothing. 
4.  Show up with all the Gothamites (if possible) on that date. 
5.  Ring the Opening Bell!!!! 

I think that's the way it should be done.  Call me if you need anything.
