Susan Sajiun-Fitzharris, President of United Benefit Consulting, Inc. is
one of the very first members of Gotham, our "business fraternity/sorority"
which we have created "to cultivate strategic alliances for the promotion
of personal, professional and community growth". Susan believes that
Gotham's strength is "ideologies spanning across lines resulting in the
nurturing of such relationships".

Susan graduated from CW Post College in 1985, majoring in Marketing and
Management. She holds a Certified Financial Planner designation, which she
was awarded upon graduation from Adelphi, New York in 1989.

I have represented Susan's father and brother (great electrical
contractors) since 1969 and it was through her dad Manny that we first met.

Specializing in the insurance and employee benefit industry for over 18
years, Susan's strength lies in the realization that every successful
business, if built from the ground, was built on the continued layering of
solid, reputable and mutually respectable relationships. Conceptually, this
applied 'gift' has served to propel Susan and her company into one of the
top Employee Benefit Consulting firms in the tri-state area with "Crains"
publicly acknowledging United Benefit Consulting, Inc.'s success. Through
continued evolution and commitment to continued education, Susan utilizes
several avenues to advise and consult her clients regarding the
implementation of innovative, individually tailored and cost effective
benefit programs resulting in the indirect success of her client's
attracting and retaining quality employees, contributing to their own
professional growth. As we know, Susan far exceeds the traditional realms
of the 'typical' insurance broker (the salesman knocking at your door),
Susan is anything but typical! (nor shy). Energetic, dynamic, committed and
a geniune heart for the business!  Also, they are service obcessed, taking
care of nearly impossible personal health insurance problems.

Susan has been the proud recipient of numerous awards dating as far back as
1988. In addition, she is also licensed as a Registered Representative,
holding her Series 6 securities license.

Susan takes great pride in the achievements she has accomplished as well as
her interest and commitment to continually help others. Susan has not only
chaired several charitable committees but also continues to be very active
in various Children's charities and is responsible for spearheading annual
fundraisers for such charitable organizations.

She currently resides in St. James, NY with her husband and two daughters.
In her 'spare time' she enjoys coaching her oldest daughter's basketball
team, cooking and tennis. Susan's lucky number is three and she managed to
give birth to her younger daughter on 3/03/03!

Susan's drive and creative inspiration is fueled by her father, Manny a
Hispanic entrepreneur, who taught her that choosing the road of hard work,
dedication and integrity are the steps to success and overcoming odds
against minorities. His-her credo "strive for the best, expect nothing
less" is well worth repeating!
