Gothamites,
Now I really need your help and resources.  One of our clients is having a
major grand opening of a new building in April 2006.  They want to construct
a huge teal bow with ribbons on the top of the new building. Does anyone
have any ideas of who would do that?  It might be a company that creates
movie sets or carnivals etc.  I don't have a clue and am looking forward to
your responses.
