As I promised, I wanted to make sure I kept you in the loop as to my
transition. I have a number of opportunities in the hopper, and have
interviews next week with Gevity, a small HR outsourcing company near Tampa
with about $650M in sales to help them move into the mid-market, and with
CIGNA Gvt Services out of their Nashville office.  I also have made some
contacts with a division of Ceridian, a benefits outsourcer in St
Petersburg.  All my leads are at the VP of Operations or higher level.

If you can think of anyone you might know with these companies, or others
who might know of someone who needs an executive with my experience, I'd be
grateful if you would allow me to network with them.

I'm focused on the HR/BPO outsourcing, client services, & customer
relations, which, obviously, are not industry specific.  and geographically,
anything east of the Mississippi + Texas.

My passion is helping business grow and while I could stay on at Convergys
in a different capacity, the company is doing some different things now, and
I don't' see a significant challenge ahead. I want to be where I have always
been, somewhere where I can make a difference as I have everywhere I've ever
been.

it.
