Hi Gotham Family,

It's Mentor/Mentee time!  Fred has notified me that I passed my one year anniversary as the Co-Chair of the Mentoring Program.

While I am not as competitive as Fred (who is?), I do regret that there are so many Mentorless and Menteeless Gothamites.

While I am listing regrets, many of you are in Mentoring relationships and I have no idea how the relationship is going.  

There are some famous connections, that I know about.  How about the rest of you.  

Is it working?
Can it be improved?
Would you prefer to work with someone else?

Let me know, give me some Mentoring feedback so I can improve the program and extend it.
