[Fredslist] E-Mail rules, loops, and other neat things

Hi all,
 
I would like to share a technology article I wrote that was recently
published in the Delaware State Bar Association monthly magazine called "In
RE:".  It's about managing E-Mail from the perspective of rules, and
avoiding such nasty things like E-Mail loops with regards to E-Mail list
distribution groups (like our very own Fredslist).
