I hope you are doing well today.

On Monday April 18th, I will be running the 109th Boston Marathon.  My
26.2 
mile journey begins at 12:00 noon sharp in the town of Hopkinton, Ma.
It will 
take me between 4:30 and 5:00 hours to complete this world class
marathon.

I will be on a team of 12 runners to help fight pediatric cancer for
Memorial 
Sloan kettering  Cancer Center.  The website for Fred's Team is

I am looking forward to completing my 4th marathon in just a few days
and sharing this experience with you.  I am also excited to inform you
that I have so far raised a total of $28,677.90 for all 4 marathons that
I have participated in with Fred's Team.
