[Fredslist] Ideas for June party outdoors with a view

Dear list,

In June we want to celebrate some landmark birthdays and have a crowd of 50 
- 60 people on a Sunday afternoon.

I would consider a yacht, a great terrace, a roof garden, pier - in 
Manhattan.  City parks don't allow alcohol so that dampens the fun.

I also need a place that would allow us to use an outside caterer and not 
be married to theirs.

Any suggestions?
