How do I use the email system?
Fredslist, our magic wand, is one of the major benefits of membership for both business and social topics. To send an email to Fredslist to share with all of Gotham, please address your email to fredslist@gothamnetworking.com.

Why was my email rejected?
Make sure your Reply To and From fields in your email are the same as the email you have entered on our website. This is a security feature to ensure that only members can use our email system.

Not sure if your email posted?
All emails received are posted or we email you and let you know why it cannot post as is. If your email is received you will receive an auto response that it is being held for moderator approval.


If in doubt, please check the archives on the website - a great tool for checking to see if your email posted and for finding past emails that posted. The archives can be found by clicking here: Fredslist Archives
Why was my email rejected?
Fredslist moderators do not "reject" emails. To protect our members from SPAM and unsolicited emails, the computer automatically rejects any emails from unregistered email addresses. Make sure your Reply To and From fields in your email are the same as the email you have entered on our website. This is a security feature to ensure that only members can use our email system.
How can I make the most our of Gotham?
As a member, you are joining a business/ social network that spans from NY to Florida and includes NYC, Queens, Staten Island, Brooklyn, Long Island, Westchester, Connecticut, New Jersey, and Philadelphia.


Be sure to take advantage of these benefits:
· Complete your profile on our website (include a photo) so we can “meet” you
· Check the calendar and when you can “ride the circuit” to other groups
· Send your emails for business and personal requests to Fredslist and let your fellow members help!
· As a member you can promote your business on Promolist (on either Tuesday or Friday)
· Participate in our “Book Club,” where authors join us online for a virtual discussion – post your comments and question for the author to see and respond to.
· Social events

What if my password does not work?
Select the "Forgot my password" link and follow the prompts.
